What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All the shipping fees are always included in our taxes. We ship our products out with priority shipping worldwide door to door.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We offer Stripe, Klarna and Paypal as payment methods.

How long will delivery take?

We offer shipping within 7 days worldwide. Please take note that our carriers could add up to two more days. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is protected by a SSL certificate and we have professionals looking over our servers and customer data for a safe purchase. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

We send out a order confirmation and within a day on the weekday we ship out your order. If the order is made after 17.00 EU time the order being sent out following weekday.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, one will be in your account and one is sent to you through email. We recommend you keep your invoice until your 5 year warranty is outdated.

What do I do with my Global Warranty Card?

What Is the difference between a Quartz and Automatic movement?

A Quartz movement is powered from a battery that are inside of the watch. The time of the watch is different depending on the movement inside of the watch. Each watch has Its unique movement that works as a engine inside of the watch. Generally the Quartz models have a battery life of 3 – 10 years. To have a longer lifespan of the Quartz our watches have jewels that work as a bearing mechanism.  

 

A automatic watch is powered by the kinetic energy created of the person wearing it, this winds up the called mainspring of the watch and make the hands move. You can wind the watch up by turning the crown clockwise manually or simply move the watch to wind up the spring.

My watch has a limited edition number, what for?

We use this numbers to keep track of our watches in our computer system for warranty and easy for customer service. Each watch Is unique for every timepiece we provide. There is only one watch with the certain number your watch carry. 

When do my warranty start working?

Your warranty start from the day of purchase and have a 5-year validity date. If you have any warranty questions or want your watch repaired or services please contact: warranty@grawitywatches.com

Should I service my watch?

For a longer lifespan of your watch we recommend you to service your watch every 2,5 years. This is not included in our services but can be purchased after you had the watch for 2,5 years. Please contact service@grawitywatches.com for further information and prices. 

5 year warranty - what does it cover?

The guarantee is valid provided the global warranty card is correctly and in once piece sent together with the watch to our service center against manufacturing defects. Product in conformity with CE-regulations 89/336 & guidelines EN 50081 and EN 50082-1 (Jan 1992) regarding electro magnetic compatibility. (Battery, crystal & watchband are not included if destroyed by owner of the watch)
